Please follow the five steps below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you complete the form, an agent from our Returns/Exchanges Department will process your request and email you an RMA number which will be needed to return your merchandise.
- FILL IN your First Name, Last Name, Order Number and E-mail (above).
CHECK the appropriate box in the upper right hand corner of this form indicating whether you want a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.
- FILL IN the "Returning these item(s)" section below, including the Reason Code. Select a reason for return from the Reason Code drop down menu.
- FILL IN the "Exchange with" section if you are making an Exchange.
- CLICK "Submit RMA Request" at the bottom of the form.You will receive an instant confirmation e-mail for your RMA request at the e-mail you provided in the form.
- Within 2-3 days you will receive another email with your RMA number if your return has been approved. Upon receiving the RMA number, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED to return/exchange your merchandise.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return/exchange request to be processed. If you do not follow these 5 steps, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed in a timely manner. If the items received are not in original condition as described above, we will not issue a refund and the items will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Shipping Instructions: Write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the package. We will refuse delivery of any package that does not have an RMA number written on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the following address, via a carrier that requires recipient's signature upon delivery. Please insure your return packages as Urban Junkie cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not send ourselves.
